Training
Kamel will develop a personalized training plan for you built around his knowledge of exercise and training ranging from his time with the WWE to his current competition preps. The training plan will be detailed, including the exercises, rest times (if any), rep ranges, sets, and even time under tension. The training plan will take into account your injury history, goals, equipment availability and your lifestyle (how long you can train and what you do for work). It will be modified if any of these factors change. The training plan is appropriate for anyone of all experience levels regardless of what your goals are.
Diet
If you sign up for a coaching package that includes a diet guide, you will receive a personalized diet guide that is specifically made to meet the needs of your work and training times. It will also include recipes to make the desired food, quantities, portion sizes and meal timing in order to supply your body with what it needs to meet your desired goals. Your diet plan will be adjusted as needed to ensure you are on target to reach your goals.

Pricing
The price you will pay at checkout is the price for the first month. The first month is more expensive due to the high time investment Kamel makes in taking on new clients and ensuring your plan is designed for YOU. After the initial first month cost, you will be charged the normal monthly rate starting the second month. You will be responsible to pay on the same day of the month as your initial signup.
The price for the second month is lower and reflected in the pricing. You will arrange payments with Kamel after your first month.

During your checkout process, you will fill out a questionnaire providing details about your current stats (height, weight, age), your goals, lifestyle, current diet and training regimen. Based on this extensive questionnaire and/or phone call, Kamel will develop a plan for you.
On a weekly basis, all online clients will provide an email report to Kamel on how the week went. You will provide information on body weight, training, and/or diet. Kamel cares about all the details such as how you felt in and out of the gym and what your energy and motivation levels were. With this information, Kamel will provide you with problem-solving suggestions as well as modifications to the plan if needed. In addition to the weekly report, Kamel will make himself available to you 24/7. If you have any questions at any time please feel free to ask.
