A fun and fantastic way to prepare for summer in a positive and supportive environment where experienced and inexperienced lifters are all welcome. This bootcamp will be similar to other circuit training workouts. Yes, it’ll use many familiar body weight exercises such as pushups, burpees, and crunches but weights and machines also. Can’t do a burpee? No problem as modifications will also be given. You’ll move from one exercise to another quickly, which helps keep your heart rate elevated and your body burning more calories at the same time. Couple that with the fact that each participant has a chance to walk away with a $1000 prize for the “Biggest Transformation” or a $1000 prize for being the “Most Shredded”, motivation will be at its highest!!! Due to demand after first advertising I’ve decided to change the times to what you see below. The maximum number per class in the morning and at lunch will be 10. In the evening it will be 6. If you’re interested in different times on different days. Please let me know through email. Showers are available.
